Waynesfield-Goshen High School graduate Gray Horn won a national coaching award for the 2015-16 college track and field season.

Horn, an assistant coach at Tiffin University, was named a United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association National Men's Assistant Coach of the Year for the NCAA's Division II.

Horn's boss, Jeremy Croy, was the USTFCCCA's National Men's Head Coach of the Year for this season.

The honors come in the aftermath of Tiffin winning the national championship a few days ago.

Horn, a 2008 WGHS graduate, is in his second season coaching sprints, hurdles and relays.
