The Wapakoneta Redskins overcame their first deficit of the season, as senior Cameron Lauck totaled three touchdowns in less than 4 minutes to propel his team to a 31-14 win over the Elida Bulldogs in a Western Buckeye League varsity football contest.

Homecoming King Ethan Good caught a 26-yard pass on a 3rd and 11 to extend the Redskins' eventual go-ahead series, leading to a 34-yard reception by Lauck to put Wapakoneta up 17-14 with 4:24 left in the fourth quarter.

Lauck added two rushing touchdowns, giving him 13 total TDs this season, after Elida (2-2, 1-2 WBL) failed to pick up a touchdown on its next two series.

The Redskins (4-0, 3-0 WBL) have won 20 straight WBL games, while head coach Travis Moyer has won 72 consecutive regular season games.
