Redskins bowlers get wins over Ottawa-Glandorf

The Wapakoneta bowling teams recorded a sweep of Ottawa-Glandorf in Western Buckeye League action on Thursday at Astro Lanes.
The boys won with 2,624 pins to Ottawa-Glandorf's 2,426. On the girls' side, the Lady Redskins had 2,531 pins to 1,979 for the Lady Titans.
For the Wapakoneta boys, Caige Schnarre had the high series with 403 (193-210). Next was Sam Wagner at 353 (186-167) and Kris Ridenour at 346 (182-164).
Other scores were Jon Hefner (162) and Tanner Haggard (159) in game one, and Caleb Schellenberg (169) and Tanner Schroeder (165) in the second game. The team had scores of 882 and 875 for a total of 1,757.

The Lady Redskins were led by Madison Doseck with a 390 series (179-211) and Josie Jeanneret who rolled 388 (190-198). Next were Bailey VanMeter at 321 (150-171) and Rosemary Houts with 302 (158-144). Rylie Jeanneret had 146 in game one, and Brielle Meeks scored 163 in the second game. The team scores were 823 and 887 for 1,710.
Baker games results were 144, 175, 183, 156 and 165 for a total of 821.
