Osborn is celebrating 40 years of veterinary care

For 40 years, Dr. Daryl Osborn has been caring for pets in Wapakoneta and he’s subscribed to a single philosophy: “It’s all about Jesus.”
“That’s been on every receipt we print out,” the local veterinarian said. “We keep that in mind when we’re dealing with people. We’ve been blessed — we’ve come from nothing to what we have today. It’s all in how you take care of people; that translates to caring and compassion.”

Caring and compassion have been the mainstay of the veterinary practice; and 40 years is a long time to be in business. The 40-year anniversary will be celebrated Saturday, when the office at 8 N. Wood St. hosts an open house from 2-5 p.m. where patients and friends are invited to share refreshments and fellowship and tour the recently renovated Auglaize Animal Hospital.
