Botkins track teams compete at Anna Invitational

ANNA — The Botkins boys and girls track and field squads were among the teams competing at the Anna Invitational on Saturday.
The boys team was eighth (of 12) and the girls were seventh (of 11).
Anna's boys took first place with Minster second. On the girls side, Minster won the team title and Liberty Center was second.
Adriana Jutte of Botkins won the 100 meter high hurdles (16.06).
In the 300 hurdles, Jutte was second (49.07).
Grace Homan was second in the discus (122 feet even) and first place in the shot put (41-7 3/4)
For the boys, Colin Watterson placed third in the 3200 meter run (11:05.54).
