Charles Wycuff's 30-year-old former stepson gave his testimony in court Wednesday at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. It marked the second day of the State of Ohio vs. Charles Wycuff case.
At about 4 a.m. today, three subjects entered the the Wapakoneta Walmart, 1257 Bellefontaine St., and attempted to steal approximately $5,000 in merchandise. Most of the merchandise was electronic items, according to a news release from Wapakoneta Police Chief Russel Hunlock.
