William Bert Pack, 68

William Bert Pack, 68, of Anna, died at 2:29 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. He was born Sept. 13, 1945, in Omar, W.Va., the son of Wiley and Sarah (Prater) Pack, who preceded him in death.

Survivors include, two children, Beverly (Bill) Oellerman, of Botkins, and Dan (Joyce) Pack, of Lima; five grandchildren, Angela (Patrick) Fullenkamp, Jennifer (Eric) Meyer, Kristy Oellerman, and Hayden and Alexa Pack; three great grandchildren, Taylor, Leah and Chloe; four sisters, Jean Dick, of Wapakoneta, Kay Hutchison, of Paris, Ky., Irene (Frank) Prickett, of Berea, Ky., and Daley Wells, of Logan, W.Va.; a brother-in-law, Bobby Teegarden, of Paris, Ky.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Rex Pack, and three sisters, Sue Wierwille, Linda Duty and Brenda Teegarden.

Bert worked as a manager of truck stops and restaurants in Anna and Wapakoneta. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #691, in Wapakoneta. His hobbies included bowling, playing pool, gardening and spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 20, 2014, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, state Route 501, Wapakoneta. Burial is to follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton. The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m., Thursday, and one hour prior to the service, Friday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association.
