Wapak man arrested for thefts

A Wapakoneta man has been arrested in connection with thefts from the Beer & Wine Depot.
Wapakoneta Police Chief Russ Hunlock released information today that Jacob Day, 22, has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of theft, and one count possession of criminal tools.
The arrest came as the result of investigations into two breaking and entering reports made at the Beer & Wine Depot, 804 Lima St., on Oct. 26 and Nov. 4.
