Steve A. Rowe, 58

Steve A. Rowe, 58, of New Knoxville, died at 2:10 p.m., March 31, 2014, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, in St. Marys. He was born Oct. 22, 1955, the son of Thomas R. Rowe and Chessie (Webb) Bennett. His father is deceased and his mother survives in Beauford, S.C. On Sept. 30, 2008, he married Linda Shaner, who survives.

Other survivors include, two children, Shane (Precious) Rowe, of St. Marys, and Michelle Evans, of Celina; two step-children, Shawn (Kelly) Long, of St. Marys, and Heather (Ronnie) Caldwell, of New Knoxville;13 grandchildren; a brother, Johnny (Donna) Rowe, of West Virginia.

Steve worked at Hoge Lumber Co. in New Knoxville. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and drawing.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, April 4, 2014, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, state Route 501, in Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Grand Lake Hospice.
