Staff warned: 'It can happen here'

Wapakoneta City Schools Superintendent Keith Horner addresses approximately 300 staff members during an active shooter training Friday at Wapakoneta HIgh School.

For those who say it can’t happen here, a local police chief says it can and it has.
On March 6, 2006, anyone at Wapakoneta High School was in danger when a student brought an explosive device made from a gasoline can to school in his backpack.
