Phillip M. Lewis, 55, 117 S. Main St., St. Marys, died June 25, 2011.
He was born Sept. 5, 1955, in Celina, the son of Raymond K. and Nora (Colwell) Lewis.
Surviving are a daughter, Mahala Lewis, of Savannah, Ga.
Services are at 7 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St.Marys, with the Rev. John Mobley officiating.
