Locals to "Dance the Magic" at Disney World

October 21, 2013

Three local dancers from The Dance Centré are dancing at the annual Christmas Day Parade at Disney World. Kelly Ripa, above, was part of the 2012 parade which is an annual event often used as a vacation destination.

Many families tune into the Disney Christmas parade as a Christmas morning tradition, but this year, a few local dancers will “Dance the Magic.”
Three dancers — Madison Sams, Dylan Snyder and Olivia Tregoning — from The Dance Centré, of Wapakoneta, will be performing at Walt Disney World in Florida in the Dance the Magic Parade on Dec. 5-8. After submitting their auditions of a Disney-choreographed dance routine, the girls were chosen to participate in two major events in Disney World.
Dance Centré Staff Member Kelly Hawk said the girls will be required to learn two routines they will perform in the parade and around the Disney World park.
For more information on the dancers in Disney World, see the Monday, Oct. 21 edition of the Wapakoneta Daily News.
