Local arrested, charged with three felonies by Sheriff's Office

A 60-year-old rural Wapakoneta man was arrested Wednesday following a grand jury indictment for charges involving the use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Gregory N. Hengstler, 60, 13690 Brown Road, faces one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, a second-degree felony, one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, and one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor, a fifth-degree felony.
An Auglaize County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Hengstler on Monday. He posted his $50,000, 10 percent on a $500,000 bond, and an own recognizance bond and was released from jail.
