Election board releases ballot

The Auglaize County Board of Elections has the list of candidates and issues for the Nov. 4 general election ballot resulting in contested races across the state.

All precincts in the state will be voting on State Executive Offices for governor, attorney general, auditor of the state, secretary of state and treasurer of state.

In the state gubernatorial race Republican and incumbent Gov. John Kasich and running mate Mary Taylor face off against Democratic candidate Edward FitzGerald and Sharen Swartz as well as Green party candidate Anita Rios and Bob Fitrakis.

Vying for the attorney general office is Democrat David Pepper, but in order to get there he will have to beat out current Attorney General, Republican, Mike DeWine.
