Dorothy Lynn Dorsett, 54, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:49 a.m. Tuesday May 7, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 23, 1958, in Lima, the daughter of Betty L. (Vondenhuevel) and Robert E. Hague, who survive in Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are a sister, Carol (Rich) Dorsett, of Wapakoneta; a former husband, Harold Dorsett II; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Hague; and a brother, Donald Hague.
Dorothy worked as a nurse’s aid for 24 years at Heartland of Indian Lake. She was a member of the First English Lutheran Church in Wapakoneta and a 1977 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. She enjoyed crocheting, needle work, and playing cards.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, with the Rev. Steven Nelson officiating. Burial of the cremated remains will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
