Christina D. Burden, 48, of Lakeview, passed away, Wednesday evening, Nov. 27, 2013, at her home.
Christina was born on Aug. 20, 1965, in Lima, the daughter of John (Terri) Webb of Waynesfield, and the late Barbara Young Webb. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Ezekiel and Ned.
She is also survived by two children, Sandi Burden of Las Cruces, N.M. and Glen Burden of Lakeview; a sister, Julie Craft, of Lima; two brothers, William (Michele) Webb, of Prairieville, La., and Michael (Kathy) Webb, of Marysville.
Christina was valedictorian of the 1983 graduating class of Waynesfield-Goshen High School. She worked at Honda Transmission in Russells Point for 11 years. She was a very active member of the Church of Christ of Auglaize County in Wapakoneta, where she taught Sunday school and VBS. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, making arts and crafts and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. She loved helping others, teaching children, and being around her family.
Pastor Patrick T. Powers will conduct a memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Church of Christ of Auglaize County. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to her family.
