Still digesting the recently released state grade card and what the new letter grades mean, Wapakoneta Superintendent Keith Horner says district administrators and teachers âwill accept this as a challenge to get better and to improve.â
âBasically, we are playing by a new set of rules for accountability and we have to figure out how to play by those new rules,â Horner told the Wapakoneta Daily News. âThis is a first shot at looking and seeing what it will look like. There are some things here, quite honestly, that I donât understand how they computed it.
