Brown fights rise in college costs

With a vote expected Monday to double the federal interest rate on college loans, Democratic U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown continues his fight to keep those rates low as well as to offer a new system to help college students with private loans all in an effort to seek ways to control the cost of college tuition and fees.
