Ruth L. Musser, 86, of Jackson Center, passed away Friday evening, June 20, 2014, at Auglaize Acres in Wapakoneta. She was born in Lakeview, Ohio on Oct. 13, 1927, to the late Paul L. and Minnie A. (Quedeweit) McGee. She married Malcolm E. “Pete” Musser on Dec. 16, 1950, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 1979. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Stephen Musser, and a sister, Irene Smith.

Robert F. “Bob” George, 93, of Botkins, died at 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. He was born Dec. 28, 1920, in Auglaize County, the son of Frank and Mary (Veit) George, who preceded him in death. On June 8, 1946, he married Evelyn A. Wieging, and she survives.

Joseph F. Voisin, 71

Joseph F. Voisin, 71, of 2100 Celina Road in St. Marys, died at 8:08 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at his residence. He was born Dec. 31, 1942, in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., to Joseph and Fetta Grace (Martin) Voisin. On Sept. 5, 1989, in Sevierville, Tenn., he married Lana Jean Minkner-Zeigler, who survives.

Wilbur Lee Hager, 81

Wilbur Lee Hager, 81, of Wapakoneta, died at 10:05 a.m., Monday, June 16, 2014, at the scene of an auto-golf cart accident at the corner of Monroe and Conant Roads in Auglaize County. He was born Aug. 23, 1932, in Logan Township, Auglaize County, the son of Earl and Elma (Walther) Hager, who preceded him in death. On Dec. 18, 1955, he married Merlene J. Louth, and she survives in Wapakoneta.

Claude Edward Heintz, 73

Claude Edward Heintz, 73, of Lakeview, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Dublin Methodist Hospital in Dublin, Ohio.Claude was born on Feb. 8, 1941, near Jackson Center, to the late Claude O. and Ruth A. Thompson Heintz. On Dec. 3, 1966, he married the former Sylvia “Peach” Carter and she preceded him in death on Jan. 11, 2006. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Shaffer, three brothers, Paul, Roger and Loren, and a brother-in-law, Jack Shaffer.

Ronald R. Wiford, 84, of 820 Dingman Street, Sidney, passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, at 4:15 p.m. at Dorothy Love Retirement Community. He was born on Dec. 19, 1929, in Sidney, the son of the late Roy and Nellie (Fogt) Wiford.

William Bert Pack, 68, of Anna, died at 2:29 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. He was born Sept. 13, 1945, in Omar, W.Va., the son of Wiley and Sarah (Prater) Pack, who preceded him in death.

Mark J. Schaub, 56, of Wapakoneta, died at 7:40 a.m., Monday, June 16, 2014, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, in Columbus, following a sudden illness. He was born April 2, 1958, in Lima, the son of Raymond U. and Helen Louise (Elliott) Schaub, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his partner of 30 years, John “Jay” Miller, in Wapakoneta.

Connie Lynn (Sholler) Cox, 68, of Celina, died peacefully in her sleep at her daughter’s home near Wapakoneta, surrounded by her children, Sunday morning, June 15th, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. after a brief illness.

Norman J. Gerstner, 84, of Wapakoneta, died at 11:23 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Shawnee Manor.

He was born on Jan. 16, 1930, to Joseph and Marie (Gehrlich) Gerstner, who preceded him in death.

In 1952, he married Mary “Kitty” Steinke and she survives in Wapakoneta.
